The rules
Pranks are for people who will laugh.
Who it is for
- One gift to one friend who will laugh.
- Homes only. We refuse workplace deliveries. We also refuse government, court, school, prison and hospital addresses.
- You and the person who gets it must both be 18 or older.
- US addresses only.
What we will not write or mail
- Threats, slurs, insults and accusations.
- Anything that reads like a real legal, medical or government notice.
- A real person, company, agency, court, school or employer as the joke. Every brand and issuer here is made up.
- Phone numbers, links and email addresses in messages.
- Anything explicit or insulting on the outside of the envelope or in the address line. Embarrassing is fine. Explicit is not.
- A gift for someone who has asked you to leave them alone, or is under a restraining or protective order.
How we keep it fair
- A person reads every message and every "from" line before anything is written.
- We limit how often one address can get mail from us, no matter how many people order. If an order is turned away, we do not say why.
- Every piece includes a card that says it was a joke, with a code and a link to block my address. Blocking is free. Blocked addresses are refused for good.
- Glitter is sealed in an inner pouch. Pieces with glitter are for adults. Glitter is not for use near eyes. Open them over a table and away from your face.
- Every joke document says "Novelty item. Not a real document." and never asks for money.
- We can refuse or cancel any order. A refused order is not charged.
Return address
Every piece carries a return address. Postal rules require one on parcels, so the Glitter Bomb tube and any boxed Decoy Mailer must have a legible one. A plain first class letter may go without, but a letter that cannot be delivered and has none can be opened at a postal recovery center to find the sender. That would open the glitter pouch in a postal facility, so we put one on every piece. It is the shop's address, never your name or your address.
What we keep
Your gift is anonymous to the person who gets it, not to a court. We keep order records. We answer court orders and lawful requests, and we share what the law requires. See the terms.
Report a problem
Write to us through the contact page and say what happened. If an address needs blocking, use block my address and it is done.
