Shipping and refunds

Draft. The refund text is not final until it is approved.

Shipping

• US addresses only. Homes only.
• Shipping is free and included in every price.
• We mail by USPS within 2 business days of approving your order.
• USPS delivery times vary, so we do not promise a delivery date.

Return address

• Every piece carries a return address, the shop's, never the buyer's name or address.
• Postal rules require one on parcels, so the Glitter Bomb tube and any boxed Decoy Mailer must have one.
• A plain first class letter may go without. We still add one, because an undeliverable letter with none can be opened at a postal recovery center to find the sender.

Refunds

• Orders we refuse are not charged. Your card is only held until we approve the order.
• Made to order mail cannot be returned.
• If we fail to mail it, we re-mail it or refund you.

Read the rules to see what we refuse.
