Orders

You order one piece for one US home address. Your card is held when you pay and charged only when a person approves your message. If we refuse an order, the hold is released and nothing is charged.

What we refuse

We refuse orders that break the rules, orders to workplaces and to government, court, school, prison and hospital addresses, orders to blocked addresses, and orders to an address that has reached our limit on repeat mail.

Anonymous, not secret

The recipient sees no sender name unless you add a from line. We keep order records, including the address and message, and we answer lawful requests.

Refunds

Made to order mail cannot be returned. If we fail to mail it, we re-mail it or refund you. See shipping and refunds.

Blocking

Anyone can block an address with block my address. A blocked address is refused for good.
